Así funcionan las cotizaciones, los precios y el apartado de fecha en Hernandez Brothers Party Rentals. Las reglas completas de cada renta están en el contrato que firmas.

01Cotizaciones y precios

Los precios de este sitio y el total del cotizador son estimados. Ruby o José confirman tu total final, con impuestos, entrega y cualquier cargo especial, antes de apartar tu fecha.

02Cómo se aparta una fecha

Mandar una cotización no aparta la fecha. La fecha queda reservada cuando firmas tu contrato y recibimos el depósito acordado.

03Entrega

La entrega local empieza con la tarifa base que aparece en el cotizador y puede aumentar según la distancia, el acceso al lugar y la fecha del evento.

04Fotos

Las fotos del sitio son de referencia. El equipo que se entrega puede verse diferente en color o modelo. Si quieres ver el equipo real, pídenos fotos antes de reservar.

05Condiciones de la renta

Las reglas de uso, seguridad, clima, daños y responsabilidad están en el contrato que firmas. Si algo de este sitio no coincide con tu contrato firmado, manda el contrato.

06Pagos

Aceptamos efectivo y Zelle. Este sitio no cobra ni procesa pagos.

07Uso del sitio

Usa este sitio para conocer nuestro equipo, pedir cotizaciones y firmar tus contratos. El nombre, el logo, las fotos y los textos de Hernandez Brothers Party Rentals pertenecen al negocio.

This is how quotes, prices, and date reservations work at Hernandez Brothers Party Rentals. The full rules for each rental are in the agreement you sign.

01Quotes and prices

Prices on this site and the quote builder’s total are estimates. Ruby or José confirm your final total, including tax, delivery, and any special charges, before we reserve your date.

02How a date is reserved

Sending a quote does not reserve your date. Your date is reserved once you sign your agreement and we receive the agreed deposit.

03Delivery

Local delivery starts at the base fee shown in the quote builder and may increase with distance, site access, and the event date.

04Photos

Photos on this site are for reference. Delivered equipment may differ in color or model. If you’d like to see the actual equipment, ask us for photos before you book.

05Rental conditions

Rules for use, safety, weather, damage, and responsibility are in the agreement you sign. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

06Payments

We accept cash and Zelle. This site does not charge or process payments.

07Using this site

Use this site to see our equipment, request quotes, and sign your agreements. The Hernandez Brothers Party Rentals name, logo, photos, and text belong to the business.
